Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination every year. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released CGL notification on 9th June,2025 for 14,582 posts across Group B and Group C category in various departments and ministry. Online applications will start from 9th June,2025 onwards. SSC CGL exam is conducted in 2 stages Tier-I and Tier-II. SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 Exam Pattern:
SSC CGL Tier-1 Exam will be conducted online, comprising 4 sections with 100 multiple-choice questions with a maximum of 200 marks. The entire exam needs to be completed in 60 minutes. SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam will be of a qualifying nature and marks will not be counted in the final selection.

The SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2025 will be conducted in 2 phases- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper I (Compulsory for all posts), Paper II for candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics.
